Tamron ha anunciado hoy una nueva versión de su popular lente “supertelephoto” 18-250mm con un motor interno de autofoco que va dirigido a los usuarios de la Nikon D40 y Nikon D40x. Estas dos cámaras cortaron todo el apoyo de las lentes Nikon sin motor interno - algo duramente criticado - por lo que las lentes disponibles no son tantas. Otras especificaciones de la lente parecen no haber cambiado desde la versión anterior. Debido a que su salida al mercado en Japón esta pautada para el 13 de Diciembre, la disponibilidad en el resto del planeta todavía está por anunciarse.
